Torsten Harms has a degree in industrial engineering. In his role at a leading global consultancy, he has worked intensively with potential analysis processes in the recruiting of staff and management as a management consultant.

Professional career
With 20 years of professional experience under his belt, Torsten has held a number of leadership roles, including positions as organizational director of the insurance company DKV and as key account sales director at Audi in Hamburg. He also served as an authorized representative of the former IKB Leasing and as the sales director of AFC Auto Fleet Control. In this capacity, he has held several in-house seminars and workshops. Torsten has contributed his sales experience in various divisions to PAWLIK Consultants since 2018.
