Hans-Peter Szeip studied at the University of Hohenheim, where he completed a degree in Business Administration with a particular focus on Marketing and Human Resources Management. He graduated with the academic title of “Diplom Ökonom”. A native of Stuttgart, Szeip developed an avid interest in sales theory and practice during his degree, also gaining initial experience as a trainer.

Professional career
After completing his studies, he went on to build a successful sales and management career in the media sector, specializing in out-of-home media. He also developed and conducted sales training programs. In 2010, Hans-Peter Szeip founded the company HPS Media Consulting GmbH in Baden-Baden, developing it into a successful agency specializing in out-of-home-advertising. In 2014, he founded HPS Sales Consulting, in doing so further broadening his sales training repertoire.

Boasting over 25 years in sales, Hans-Peter Szeip effectively combines his extensive theoretical knowledge with his many years of practical experience. Through his training seminars, he imparts a wide variety of sales techniques and can offer solutions for practically any sales obstacle. In his work, he is committed to an ethical understanding of the role of sales and to ensuring that salespeople undergo the right mental conditioning for the acquisition process.
