Samid Sahman completed formal vocational training as a real estate specialist (Büro- und Immobilienkaufmann) before going on gain a degree in Mechanical Engineering (majoring in automotive engineering / engine and propulsion technology). He graduated with the title “Diplom-Ingenieur” (equivalent to an MSc). Alongside his studies, Samid Sahman completed a training program with the German Bundeswehr to qualify as an agent handler (Führungsoffizier). He also gained numerous qualifications within the fields of project management (IPMA), process optimization (Six Sigma), quality management (IHK) and business training (H&P). Moreover, Sahman is currently pursuing a degree in Business Psychology in part-time study.

Professional career
Samid Sahman began his career in the military, where he was quickly assigned a leadership role and technical and supervisory responsibility for 132 soldiers. One of his principle areas of focus here was on planning and leadership in extreme situations, and he used the expertise he developed in this role in numerous foreign deployments. In 2015, he switched to the world of business, joining PAWLIK Consultants and working in sales marketing and project management. Today, his main role with the company is that of Consultant and Trainer.

The principle focus of Samid Sahman’s work is on training measures, in particular training measures for management and junior management staff. He also coaches sales executives and implements sustainable personnel development programs.
