After a commercial Vocational training, Anne-Kathrin Orthmann completed a trainee training as a human resources developer and passed the instructor aptitude examination. In 2012 she completed her parttime studies in educational sciences. In 2017, the Scan Consultant training was completed with the licensing, in 2018 the license as Blended Learning Trainer, in 2019 the Scrum Master certification.

Professional career
Anne-Kathrin Orthmann early discovered her passion for personnel development. As a human resources developer, she was responsible in various regions for the training and further education of employees at all levels of the hierarchy and later also for the training of trainers. As a freelance human resources developer, she is constantly expanding her skills by successfully supporting companies from various industries. She works with individuals, small and large groups to develop and implement fitted solutions together.

Communication, Leadership, Motivation, Setting and Clarify in Profession are the fields she brings high competences and a lot of experience in. "If well-intentioned, is not well implemented". A special strength of Anne-Kathrin Orthmann is the development of sustainable solutions and the implementation with users in their practice.
