Jana Nagel studied Psychology in Osnabrück and Hamburg, specializing in work and organizational psychology and in health management. Having spent several semesters in Australia and Hawaii, she has a fluent command of English. In addition to holding an MSc degree, she is a licensed scan consultant.

Professional career
Jana Nagel began her professional career in personnel selection and development, working within the Talent Management department at AIRBUS. Here she was involved in the concept development and implementation of selection and training measures for scholarship holders. She later joined a consulting firm, where she assisted with internal recruitment and personnel development measures. She has been part of PAWLIK Consultants’ Personnel Diagnostics team since 2016.

Jana Nagel’s focus in her role with PAWLIK is on personnel selection, personnel development and organizational development. As a licensed scan consultant, her primary area of work is the evaluation of PAWLIK’s Analysis of Potential, also known as the “scan”. Here, she is responsible for compiling individualized reports and conducting personal feedback talks. Therefore, Jana Nagel's expertise relates to the conception and implementation of assessment centres that are used for personnel selection or personnel development measures.
