Friederike May received her law degree with an emphasis on private international law in Münster and Lausanne. She went on to study psychology in Berlin, specializing in industrial and organizational psychology and the promotion of health, and has completed training as a scan consultant. Living abroad in countries like England and the USA has allowed her to become proficient in business English.

Professional career
Friederike May gathered initial experience in the area of human resources development at PwC, where she was responsible for performance and team management. Her tasks included assisting in internal development assessments and high potential programs as well as the implementation of a new model of expertise. Friederike May has been a member of the PAWLIK team as a consultant since the beginning of 2017.

Friederike May is active in human resources and organizational development projects as well as in staff recruiting. As a scan-licensed consultant, she conducts individual feedback discussions in an international environment and is also a coach for PAWLIK.
