Philipp Klein completed a degree in Psychology focusing on industrial and organizational psychology and on human resources management. He later gained further qualifications as a scan consultant and as an NLP coach.

Professional career
Klein began his professional career working for the Human Resources and Executive Development unit at Lufthansa Technik AG. He then went on to join md – Gesellschaft für Management-Diagnostik to conduct research into aptitude diagnostics for his degree thesis. The main focus of his research work here was on the extent to which socially desirable responses given by candidates influence selection processes. He joined PAWLIK Consultants as a coach and consultant in 2012. At the beginning of 2015, he assumed the running of PAWLIK’s Personnel Diagnostics unit.

In this role, Philipp Klein is responsible for the “scan”, the PAWLIK Analysis of Potential, and is involved in the development of competency-based variations of this product. As a licensed scan consultant, he compiles individualized reports on the basis of the scan test results and conducts feedback talks, services that are key components of PAWLIK personnel selection and development projects. His NLP expertise and wealth of knowledge in the field of psychology make him an ideal mentor for anyone looking to drive their personal or professional development.
