Jennifer Nebeling received her master’s degree in psychology with an emphasis on occupational and organizational psychology from Radboud University in Nijmegen, the Netherlands. She then completed training as a systematic consultant and trainer at TARCUS before becoming a certified business coach at the Kienbaum Institut @ ISM.

Professional career
Jennifer has been a trainer, consultant, and coach at TARCUS since 2011. Her work focuses on conceiving and implementing development programs for managers, particularly in relation to comprehensive corporate change processes. In this capacity, she develops measures for strengthening management teams at medium-sized companies and corporations. The last three years have seen her lead several extensive projects that have ensured efficient cooperation between the various divisions and the managers at numerous production companies through the implementation of SAP. In 2017, Jennifer became the managing director of TARCUS, where she is responsible for HR and change management. She has been with the PAWLIK Consultants team since 2018.

In her work, Jennifer combines her skills as a trainer, consultant, and project leader, together with her knack for people in change processes, project management skills, and management expertise. As a coach, she guides managers through difficult professional and personal situations.
