Ronja Hertlein trained as a specialist for wholesale and export trade (Groß- und Außenhandelskauffrau) within the medical technology sector. She then completed a degree in education, qualifying as a teacher for adult education (Diplom-Pädagogin). She obtained her license as a scan consultant at the Institut für Motivations- und Persönlichkeitsentwicklung (Institute for Motivational and Personality Development) founded by Professor Julius Kuhl.

Professional career
After completing her studies, Ronja Hertlein joined the recruitment services provider Randstad Deutschland. Her role here principally involved recruiting new employees via the company’s own assessment center and promoting the development of Randstad Deutschland’s existing team. In 2003, she joined the PAWLIK Consultants GmbH subsidiary scan.up AG, which she helped build up. For several years, she headed the company’s client management, product development and training activities within the field of personnel diagnostics, a field she remained loyal to upon transferring to PAWLIK Consultants in 2011.

Ronja Hertlein boasts extensive expertise in terms of compiling detailed reports and conducting in-depth feedback talks on the results of the scan, also known as the PAWLIK Analysis of Potential. As a client manager, she also provides scan-based coaching services and leads the development and implementation of company-specific training products for large clients.
