Sonja Heinz studied education science before going on to gain a further degree in business and marketing (Betriebswirtin), a management diploma from the IESE Business School in Barcelona, and a management certification from the renowned Malik Institute in St. Gallen. She is also a qualified trainer and mentor, as well as a certified Asgodom Coach.

Professional career
Sonja Heinz has a wealth of expertise to offer across the fields of team leadership, business development, and national and international project management. Boasting over 20 years of experience in different executive roles, she has led major change processes, supervised numerous strategy development projects and championed leadership development measures for management-level employees. In order to be able to focus more on her passion for promoting people and organizational development, she left corporate life to form a career as a self-employed consultant and business coach. She joined the PAWLIK Consultants team in 2014.

Sonja Heinz is a consultant, trainer and coach specializing in both personnel and organizational development. In a personnel development role, her main focus is on fostering leadership competencies. In an organizational development role, she concentrates on overseeing change processes, ensuring that these are realized effectively and equitably, and in adherence with the principles of expedient knowledge and information transfer.
