Jörg Hausmann gained a degree in Electronics before joining Siemens AG, where he additionally completed an in-house management training program. He later gained additional qualifications as a trainer, coach, NLP Master Practitioner, and licensed scan Coach.

Professional career
Jörg Hausmann’s first career comprised twelve years at Siemens AG, first as an Account Manager for IT solutions for medium-sized companies, and later as Head of Sales. This latter role involved developing expedient sales structures, leading sales teams through restructuring measures, overseeing internal further training programs, and heading up complex strategic projects. It was during this time that he discovered his affinity for leadership development and his talent for optimizing not only organizational structures, but also people’s sense of their alignment with their respective roles, boosting team performance as a result. Hausmann has been with PAWLIK Consultants since 2006, employing his expertise in the roles of consultant, trainer, and co-author. In 2015 he additionally became Head of Sales and Relationship Management for PAWLIK´s Personnel Development unit in Germany.

An ardent sales strategist, Jörg Hausmann is passionate about providing executives with strategic advice and guidance on sales and change processes, and about developing and accompanying personnel development programs.
