Qualifications Jörg Hausmann studied Electronics, whereafter he completed an extra-occupational education in sales and management at Siemens AG. Afterwards, he did serveral courses, which qualified him as a trainer, a licensed coach, as well as a consultant. Moreover, Jörg Hausmann is a certified blended-learning-trainer and professional scrum master.
Professional career 12 years of sales activities at Siemens AG mark Jörg Hausmann‘s first career path, initially as an account manager for IT and telecommunication solutions for medium-sized customers and later as a sales manager as well as deputy regional market manager. In this function, he developed suitable sales structured, led sales teams through resctructuring measures, took responsibility for internal training programs, and managed extensive strategic projects. By doing that, he discovered his affinity for the interaction of structure, culture, and the acting human being in achieving ambitious goals as well as his passion für the subject of leadership. Since 2006, he strengthens the team of PAWLIK consultants as a consultant, trainer and co-author. Further, being a partner and authorised signatory, Hausmann has been leading the personnel development department of PAWLIK Germany since 2015.
