Georgia Grau holds two bachelor’s degrees, one in Sport and Media Management from the University of Cologne, the other in Psychology and gained in Berlin. After gaining her license as a personal trainer, she moved to London, where she completed a master’s degree in Sport Psychology. She followed this up with qualifications as a coach and as a scan consultant.

Professional career
While still a student, Georgia Grau completed a sports science internship at the University Clinic of Hamburg-Eppendorf, where she gained wide-ranging experience. She also worked as a personal trainer. During her master’s degree, she worked as a student teacher, lecturing students studying for bachelor’s degrees. Her responsibilities in this role included preparing and implementing lessons. Upon completing her degree, she spend some months working with a women’s field hockey team, where she was able to put her knowledge to practical use. She joined PAWLIK in 2016 as a project manager and coach.

Within the project management team, Georgia Grau is responsible for managing the Engel & Völkers Akademie and also works as a licensed coach. As a licensed scan consultant, she also gives feedback talks on the PAWLIK analyses of potential (scans). She also creates individual sports plans for PAWLIK employees, and supervises the company’s weekly sports group.
