Friedrich Dinkelacker completed a degree in Pedagogy (with a focus on adult education, general psychology and counseling psychology) at Helmut-Schmidt University in Hamburg, and later qualified as a Business Coach for transactional analysis at DGFP e.V. Further qualification include certified Blended Learning Trainer, Actee-Change-Trainer and professional Scrum Master and Agile Leader.

Professional career
He began his professional career as a Captain in the German Bundeswehr, where he was responsible for approx. 90 soldiers and civilian employees. Following his period of service with the military, he joined a mechanical engineering company as a Personnel Officer before going on to work in the chemicals industry for an internationally renowned consumer goods company. Later roles included that of Head of Sales and Project Management with an internationally operating logistics company, where he was responsible for selling complex services related to the reusable packaging of industrial goods. Dinkelacker then established himself as a self-employed coach and consultant, joining the PAWLIK Consultants team in 2014.

Friedrich Dinkelacker’s wide-ranging professional experience has given him an in-depth knowledge of numerous industries; knowledge that participants in his sales training programs benefit particularly from. He also specializes in training and coaching for people in leadership and junior leadership positions.
