Qualifications Andreas Wehlitz studied Business Administration (majoring in Marketing and International Management) in Hamburg and Helsinki and holds the academic title Diplom-Kaufmann (equivalent to an MA).
Professional career Andreas Wehlitz’s marketing career began while he was still a student, when he took on roles within the marketing departments of renowned brand companies (Reemtsma, Deutsche Telekom) and start-ups (ricardo.de). After completing his degree, he joined a major US car hire company as a trainee, later assuming branch and area manager roles. He credits his time here for his keen service mindset. He first joined PAWLIK in 2004 as a personnel consultant specializing in sales and executive positions. After almost ten years with the company, Wehlitz left to join TOPOS Personalberatung and later KIENBAUM, where he added an international note to his executive recruitment repertoire and provided comprehensive HR consulting services. In 2016, he took on a role as Head of Recruitment at HERMES Germany, overseeing the establishment of the company’s in-house recruitment department. He returned to PAWLIK in 2017.
