Klaus Treder has worked in sales for over 30 years. He has been a sales trainer and coach since 1991. He completed a specialist training sales program at the Westfälisch-Lippische Sparkassenakademie (bank academy) and holds the qualifications of “Sales Trainer Training” and “Master-NLP Business in Sales” from the INtem training group.

Professional career
After completing formal vocational training in the banking sector, Treder spent a few years working as an advisor for construction financing and investments. In 1991, he joined the training department at a major bank, where he was tasked with training junior financial advisors and advisors for wealthy private customers. In 1999, he became a self-employed consultant, working for clients in the renewable energy, pharmaceuticals, health and retail sectors.

Through his many years of experience, Klaus Treder has acquired particular expertise in implementing practice-based sales training programs. His reliable, highly client-oriented approach has proven very effective at boosting sales figures. He also regularly works as a speaker on the lecture circuit.
