Jacqueline Rüttel began her career as a researcher within the field of molecular biology and immunology. She later changed directions, taking on sales and leadership roles and qualifying as a systemic coach, trainer and mediator. She is also a licensed scan consultant.

Professional career
Jacqueline Rüttel began her professional life in Paris, researching for pharmaceuticals company Roussel Uclaf. She later assumed a position in field sales for a Unilever subsidiary company, where she advanced to become Regional Sales Director. In this role, she supervised the company’s district sales managers and was responsible for sales in the region of western Germany. In 1999 she joined Randstad Deutschland as a Branch Manager, responsible for recruiting and managing both internal and external staff. She soon made her way up the ranks at Randstad, becoming District Manager and later national Key Account Manager. In 2014, she decided to make a career change and became a self-employed coach, trainer and consultant. She joined the PAWLIK Consultants team in 2015.

Jacqueline Rüttel is especially passionate about resource-oriented personnel development. For her work in this field, she uses the individual results of PAWLIK’s Analysis of Potential to develop and implement customized coaching and training measures for people in sales and leadership positions.
