Qualifications After finishing formal vocational training (kaufmmänische Ausbildung), Anne-Kathrin Orthmann went on to gain a trainer certification and complete an internal trainee program to qualify as a personnel developer. She later also completed a part-time degree in Education alongside her job.
Professional career Anne-Kathrin Orthmann discovered her passion for personnel development early in her career. During her training and in her capacity as an in-house personnel developer, she provided guidance to employees across many different regions and hierarchical levels. She has continued to consolidate her expertise in the field since becoming self-employed, working very successfully with various companies as an external personnel developer. In this role, she helps both individual people and groups (of all sizes) to develop and implement solutions precisely tailored to their needs. She joined Pawlik Consultants in 2016.
Expertise Anne-Kathrin Orthmann’s specialist areas are communication, leadership, motivation, time management, stress management and mediation. Thanks to her many years of experience and pronounced capacity for empathy, she is able to work across all sectors. Indeed, her role has seen her provide services to companies from the retail, industrial, pharmaceutical, IT and sports sectors. Through workshops, coaching seminars, consulting and moderation sessions, she helps clients put their existing and newly acquired knowledge into practice and, in doing, so, become more successful.
