After completing a craft training, Thomas Noack studied business with a focus on marketing, gaining the title of Diplom Kaufmann (equivalent to a Master’s degree). In 2007, he also qualified as an accredited Systemic Management Coach (SMC®). Right now he is studying psychology at a distance university in Hagen.

Professional career
Thomas Noack’s career began in the international pharmaceuticals industry when he joined Bayer while still studying for his degree. Starting out as a product manager, he later turned his attention to sales and rose through the ranks to hold a number of executive sales roles. Among the projects spearheaded by Noack was the consolidation of the company’s product and sales units as part of a merger, as well as the implementation of a new leadership concept at Baxter Pharma’s Blood Plasma Center in Hamburg, at which he was commercial manager. After leaving Bayer he took on a role as Head of Client Acquisition with a Hamburg advertising agency, trying his hand in a very different industry, before he joined PAWLIK Consultants in 2010.

In his role as consultant, trainer and coach, Thomas Noack focuses mainly on analyzing and developing sales and leadership structures for clients and on providing one-on-one coaching during change processes. As an NLP Master Practitioner, a MACHEN²/PERFORMANCE coach, and a licensed scan coach, he is accomplished at helping people identify and capitalize on their personal competencies.
