Professional career Hans-Heiner Lüdemann began his career in personnel management for the German Bundeswehr before moving into the automotive industry, where he assumed a sales role with the car hire company InterRent. In his position as District Head of Sales, he initially focused on the car dealership sector, and later also assumed responsibility for corporate clients. He was also tasked with training employees. He left InterRent to join ALD AutoLeasing, where he was in charge of developing and managing various sales divisions. The establishment of a branch in Leipzig and a Competence Center for Trade in Hamburg count among his achievements here. When the Bank Deutsches Kraftfahrzeuggewerbe was founded in 2000, Hans-Heiner Lüdemann played a key role in establishing its Germany-wide sales. In 2005, he became the bank’s Head of Regional Sales. He entered the world of self-employed consulting and training in 2016, and is now part of the PAWLIK Consultants team.
