Ina Löblich studied Business Administration at the Berufsakademie Berlin / Hochschule für Wirtschaft und Recht Berlin. She later also qualified as a scan consultant.

Professional career
Ina Löblich's passion for personnel and sales began while she was still a student when, thanks to the practical nature of her degree, she was able to gain considerable hands-on experience in these fields. After completing her studies and spending one year in Australia, she joined Kienbaum Executive Consultants GmbH in Frankfurt am Main, where she worked in project management for many years. She joined the PAWLIK Consultants team in 2006, starting out in the Executive Search unit as Research Team Manager and later advancing to become a Personnel Consultant. In this latter role, she uses her expertise to find ideal candidates for her clients’ executive and sales vacancies. After qualifying as a licensed scan consultant, she turned her attention to personnel diagnostics for a number of years, and in this capacity also contributed to numerous national and international projects.

Her role within the Executive Search unit is to find and select suitable candidates for executive and sales positions across many different sectors. As a licensed scan consultant, she also conducts feedback talks and coaching sessions on the basis of the scan personality test.
