Christian Lange holds a degree in Law and Sociology from Julius-Maximilians-Universität in Würzburg. His career as a self-employed trainer began in 2011, when he completed a course with the ‘Berufsverband für Trainer, Berater und Coaches’ (professional association of trainers, consultants and coaches) to qualify as a “Business-Trainer BDVT”.

Professional career
Christian Lange began his career as a corporate lawyer with EDEKA Südbayern, later moving on to Metro AG. The focus of his work in these roles was on real estate management. From 2000 to 2011, he held numerous positions with Metro AG, and was most recently CEO of the corporation’s real estate subsidiary, first in Kiev then in the Ukraine and later in Istanbul, where he was responsible for business in Egypt, Greece and Turkey. He also took on various lecturer positions during his period, and in 2011 decided to pursue a new career as a self-employed trainer and coach. He joined PAWLIK Consultants in 2017.

As a former executive with long-standing international experience, Christian Lange’s focus in a trainer capacity is on leadership and people development within companies and organizations. His main areas of work are leadership and the development of leadership and intercultural competencies. Thanks to his pronounced communicative abilities and his work as a local politician, he is also an expert for rhetorical, communicative and presentation skills.
