Qualifications Katrin Kiggen completed an integrated degree program that saw her gain both a degree in Business Administration and a formal vocational qualification as a business clerk (Industriekauffrau). She later also completed two further training programs, one at the European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel to qualify as a systemic coach, and one at the Institut für Psychodynamische Organisationsentwicklung und Personalmanagement in Düsseldorf to qualify as a psycho-dynamic coach and organizational consultant.
Professional career Katrin Kiggen began her executive career early on, assuming responsibility for product developments, projects and employees with the marketing department at Veba AG. As part of the management team at August Schoeller und Soehne, a medium-sized, family-run company, she discovered that achieving success isn’t based on technical expertise alone, but also on employees’ personalities. In 2007, after several years working in company management, she turned her hand to self-employed business coaching and consulting, helping well-known companies in the area of organizational and personnel development. Since 2014, she has additionally worked as a lecturer, coaching instructor and group leader at the Institut für Psycho-dynamische Organisationsentwicklung und Personal-management e.V. in Düsseldorf. She has been a member of the Pawlik Consultants team since 2017.
Expertise Katrin Kiggen boasts extensive expertise, the result of her many years of experience as an executive, consultant and coach. The focus of her work is on organizational consulting for small and medium-sized company and on business coaching.
