Sven Jacobs completed a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration before going on to obtain an M.Sc. In Human Resource Management from the Hochschule für Ökonomie und Management in the German city of Leipzig. He also holds a qualification in project management (GPM).

Professional career
After completing his studies, Sven Jacobs joined the controlling department of a medium-sized family-run company operating within industrial B2B trading. His tasks here included personnel cost planning, forecasts and the supervision of company planning. Jacobs then went on to join the personnel management department of one of Germany’s largest e-commerce companies. Here, in addition to implementing a company-wide HR reporting system, he provided a specific group of management members with support and advice across all aspects of HR. He was also responsible for recruiting specialized and executive staff for various areas and roles, and contributed to numerous projects serving to optimize procedures and processed within personnel. Sven Jacobs joined the PAWLIK Consultants team in beginning of the year 2017.

In his capacity with Pawlik Consultants, Sven Jacobs avails of his expertise in the field of organizational development to advance projects within the areas of HR management, process management and leadership performance. Among his main task areas is the implementation of employee and customer surveys.
