After finishing formal vocational training as a specialist for trade and industry (Industriekaufmann) and gaining some initial professional experience, Christian Hödl completed a business law degree. He also boasts in-depth knowledge of the digital sector, having gained numerous further qualifications in fields such as SEO, google and data analysis. He uses this knowledge, together with his expertise as a systemic consultant, to effectively drive change processes within consulting projects.

Professional career
Christian Hödl began his professional career working in inside sales for a food company, later joining the company’s sales subsidiary and becoming Department Head and Deputy Managing Director. He left this role to take on a position within the business administration of Switzerland-based international retail group, for which he also served as a “Prokurist” (holder of full commercial power of attorney as per the German Commercial Code). In 2006 Christian Hödl became a self-employed consultant, providing SMEs and corporate groups with expert advice and support in the areas of recruitment and employer branding. He joined Pawlik Consultants in 2017 as Consultant and Head of Unit, and in these roles supports and supervises all activities related to digital transformation.

Over the course of his career, Christian Hödl has worked for corporate groups, SMEs and hidden champions across the areas of production, development, services and systems trading. His core areas of focus as a consultant are project management, business development and HR processes (personnel marketing, searches, selection and development). Thanks to his qualifications in web optimization and information management, he has also been able to build up extensive expertise in the digital field, expertise that he avails of in his capacity as a consultant for digital transformations within HR and SALES.
