Finn Danelzik studied Psychology at Leuphana Universität Lüneburg and at TU Braunschweig, focusing on systemic consulting, team development and career coaching. He wrote his Master’s thesis on the effects of leadership behavior on the success of meetings. While studying for his master’s degree, he also qualified as a certified career coach.

Professional career
Finn Danelzik’s career within HR and consulting began while he was still a student. Following and internship at the Daimler AG Leadership Development Corporate Academy, he worked at the HR Department of P3 aviation GmbH, an international consulting firm, where he was responsible for the concept development and conduct of assessment centers for the selection of consultants. He then relocated to Detroit to work as a Junior Recruiter at the company’s US headquarters. Later, while studying for his master’s degree, he provided P3 automotive GmbH with support within a change project and in the implementation of software for a major German automotive company. During the last semester of his master’s degree, he assisted the Inhouse Consulting Department of the Otto Group in implementing a strategic project within the logistics field. Finn Danelzik joined PAWLIK in 2015.

As Executive Assistant to the Head of the Personnel Development Unit, Finn Danelzik is involved in implementing a wide variety of client projects. He is also responsible for the in-house training of consultants working within the Personnel Development Unit, and conducts training sessions and seminars. Highly IT- and process-savvy, Danelzik additionally project manages the intrenational roll out of the company’s internal CRM tool.
